The foam is flat after unpacking. Is that normal?
Yes, especially in cooler weather. Place the foam in a warm, ventilated area so it can fully expand before putting it in the cover.
The foam looks arched. What should I do?
Gently fold it in the opposite direction of the arch and press a few times. Let it rest in a warm room and it will flatten out.
Is it chew-resistant?
No. This bed is not chew-resistant, so it's not a good fit for dogs who chew their bedding.
How do I wash it?
Unzip the cover, wash it in a normal cycle and air-dry. Remove pet hair with a lint roller first and avoid high heat.
